This 2 bedroom ranch has hardwood floors throughout and a large deck with a waterfront view. Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, toaster, coffee pot, full size electric stove & large refrigerator. Good size living room with 2 couches. Cottage has two bedrooms, a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The smaller bedroom includes a bunk bed. There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. Bathroom has a tub/shower.
We supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. Charcoal BBQ grill, Community Fire Pit. Turtle Cove supplies pillows & bedspreads ONLY. Guest bring their own sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bathroom towels & linens.
IN SEASON RATES- $135/Night OR $825/Week (Memorial Day- Labor Day Weekends).
OFF SEASON RATES $115/Night OR $695/Week. Opens 4/15 & closes 10/15.
